Lucky Luna Shipping Policy

We’re excited to ship your magical treasures to you! Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at Lucky Luna.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • During high-demand times (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take a bit longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • U.S. Orders: Typically 3-7 business days after shipping.
    • International Orders: Usually 7-21 business days, but this varies by destination and customs processing.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or local post office.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to the shipping carrier first. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work on a resolution. (See our Return & Refund Policy for details.)

International Shipping

  • Lucky Luna ships worldwide! 🌎 However, international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, shipping times will vary. Estimated shipping dates will be included in the product listing.
